Deleting your data
- You can have your prepaid.ai account and the data held with it deleted at any time, however you signed in.
- Ask from Help & support in the console, or by email if you cannot sign in.
- A person confirms it is you, does it, and tells you when it is done.
- Billing records and opt-out records are kept, because the law and a promise require it.
01Ask us
Sign in at app.prepaid.ai, open Help & support in the sidebar, and send a request saying you want your account deleted. It reaches a person, and the reply arrives in the same place. If you cannot sign in — including if the provider you signed up with gave us no email address and you are stuck on the screen asking for one — write to us from that address instead and ask for the same thing.
02We confirm it is you, and what goes
We check the request comes from the account owner, and we tell you exactly what will be removed and what we are obliged to keep. If you have a phone number with us we will tell you what happens to it, because a number cannot be un-released once it goes back to the carrier.
03It is deleted
We do it by hand, and we tell you in the same thread when it is done. Your AI and what it learned, your contacts and bookings, your call records, recordings and transcripts are removed, and the account itself is stripped back to the number the billing records below hang off — no business name, no contact details, nothing that identifies you. Anything still held after that is named below.
04What we keep, and why
Two things survive a deletion. Both are obligations rather than choices, and neither is used to contact you.
Billing records
Tax and accounting law requires us to keep a record of what was paid, for a period set by that law rather than by us.
Records of an opt-out
If somebody told us never to call them again, we keep enough to keep that promise. Deleting it would let the same number be dialled again, which is the opposite of a privacy protection.
05If you signed in with Facebook
Removing prepaid.ai from your Facebook settings disconnects the sign-in, but it does not by itself delete the account you created here — your business data lives with us, not with Facebook. Use the route above to have it removed.
